Messages perdus

Bonjour,

J'utilise SpamWars depuis plus d'un an et je viens d'avoir quelques soucis de messages perdus.
Apparemment mon serveur de mail répond parfois bizarrement (serveur Gandi). De ce fait, SpamWars essaie d'envoyer les mails acceptés et reçoit un message d'erreur (550 unknown user alors que la boîte mail fonctionne normalement) . Du coup, ces messages sont perdus.
Existe-t-il un moyen d'avoir plusieurs essais ?

Ci-après une copie du log avec les lignes concernées (j'ai remplacé mon adresse par moi@mondomaine.com et mis des xx sur les noms des expéditeurs et mis en gras les lignes incriminées).

Avant tout, je tient à m'excuser pour le délai de la réponse (buzy-buzy )

Le serveur SMTP embarqué dans SpamWars fait le distinguo entre les messages de type ZZsmtpxxx.ser (demande de confirmation) et les autres messages à envoyer (type FWsmtpxxx.ser pour les renvois dans la BAL en mode webmail) et smtpxxx.ser pour les mails envoyés par l'utilisateur) : dans la configuration du serveur, il est possible de paramétrer indépendamment le Nombre maximum d'essai d'envoi d'un mail (SMTP) et le Nombre maximum d'essai d'envoi d'une demande de confirmation (SMTP)

Pour autant, aucun traitement particulier n'est fait pour les mails de type FWsmtp. Lorsque SpamWars reçoit un code retour SMTP de type Erreur Permanente (en l'occurrence 550 dans votre cas) il considère qu'il n'y a pas lieu de tenter un renvoi, respectant en cela la RFC. On peut imaginer de mettre en place un patch qui permettra de spécifier un nombre de tentatives d'envoi différent (voire infini) pour les messages de type FWsmtp, même si cela viole les recommandations du protocole.

Celle-ci permet de traiter les messages FWsmtpxxx.ser de manière différente : les messages de ce type sont re-émis plusieurs fois, car l'erreur 550 est ignorée. On peut limiter le nombre d'envoi par le paramètre Nombre maximum d'essai d'envoi d'un mail vers le serveur mail de destination accessible par l'onglet Système -> Fonctions avancées -> Configuration du serveur -> Vue avancée

Par défaut, le paramètre est 0 (zéro), ce qui signifie un nombre illimité d'envoi. Attention, si l'erreur SMTP persiste (mauvais paramétrage de l'adresse mail, par exemple) vous obtiendrez une accumulation de fichiers de ce type dans le répertoire MAIL/smtp

Vous devrez redémarrer le serveur après avoir modifié ce paramètre - Attention : n'utilisez pas le bouton Redémarrer si SpamWars a été démarré depuis moins de 10 mn
